Features: GSB-Q1 Series Forced Lubrication High-speed Centrifugal Pumps are single-suction single-stage cantilever-type horizontal high-speed centrifugal pumps designed and developed by the company and Institute of Process Equipment Zhejiang University. The pumps use the closed impeller structure with stable performance parameters. The speed-increasing gearbox, with integral structure, increases the speed with the involute helical gear. The high precision speed-increasing gearbox can guarantee stable running, small vibration and small noise of the high-speed pump. The speed-increasing gearbox must be designed to guarantee the opposite direction between the gear’s axial force and the pump’s axial force, thus achieving the balance of the axial force. The lubrication type is to use the external gear oil pump to forcedly lubricate the gear and the bearing with the pressure oil, thus guaranteeing its good working conditions and long-term reliable running of the high-speed pumps.
